Great day to finish off the 5 race series with 2 brutal climbs including 465m up and down Lo Fu Tau with Stone Tsang Siu Keung and Claire Price taking honors and overall championship titles. Great performances from Chuck Cosman who lead the race but was passed by Stone on the downhill of the 1st hill and Jeannete H Thomson who pushed but just couldn't match the downhill skiing speed of Claire Price. More results to come shortly and remember we have put together a video of the 5 races which will be shown at Dublin Jacks on Thurs May 15 at 7pm with specials on beer to enjoy. Bring some friends along to introduce them to some people like you who enjoy this passion.

Free quick dry race singlet each race (Value HK$250). Different color each race.

This is a running race series. HELMET needed (cycling helmet or climbing helmet) in all SPRINT adventure races as you will be running on technical trails, rocky beach coastlines, river gorges, etc. It will prepare you for longer adventure races or just an appreciation of the beautiful green outdoors that Hong Kong has at our footstep. Only other equipment needed is a good pair of running shoes (trail shoes recommended) and a hydration system or waist pack hydration system for Bonaqua & Bonactive energy drink at the half way water check point.

Categories - Individual only this year.

Distances in all SPRINT races between 11-13 km. Most of the courses will have off road running using trails, river rock scrambling, coastlines with a few of the races having 1 river crossing to cool you down in the humid conditions. Courses designed to get your feet wet, give you a taste of adventure and prepare you for longer Action Asia events.

Changes, Cancellation & Refunds
Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No transfer of credit is possible. No date change unless medical certificate is shown. HK$100 for name changes only up to 3 days before SPRINT race date. Race Director has the final say on all matters.

Race Numbers and Personal Bag Check:
Race numbers and pins to be picked up at registration 1 hour before race start at all 5 races. Bag check at starting point of each race. For Mui Wo race organizer will transport all bags to Pui O finish. For other 4 races start is same as finish so bags will remain in same location.

頒獎禮會於5月在蘭桂坊的Dublin Jacks舉行.

3月2日 -- 東涌, 大嶼山 – 上午9 時起跑 (8時登記)
3 月16日 -- 北潭涌, 西貢 –上午9 時起跑 (8時登記)
3月30日-- 淺水灣, 港島 – 上午9 時起跑 (8時登記)
4月13日-- 梅窩, 大嶼山 – 上午9 時半起跑 (8時半登記)
4月27日 -- 愉景灣, 大嶼山 – 上午9 時起跑 (8時登記)

所有參賽者要完成5個其中3個比賽才有資格贏得系列獎和獎杯.

參賽者如在比賽兩星期前付款會獲得一件免費紀念race shirt或額外加印.
每個比賽的race shirt顏色均不同.

各參賽者於這越野跑步比賽系列必須戴上頭盔(單車頭盔或攀石頭盔). 因為參賽者會經過石灘, 山澗等 . 此外, 還需要一對良好的跑步鞋或行山鞋和補水系統或水袋以補給大會提供的Bonaqua & Bonactive 能量飲品.

是次越野跑步比賽系列賽程全為11至13公里. 大部份的賽道會使用山徑, 碎石路, 灣岸等. 部份比賽會要參賽者過河以幫助參賽者降溫. 賽道設計目的為給參賽者嘗試越野比賽和預備你們參加往後動感亞洲更精彩嘅賽事.

比賽編號及行理
比賽編號及扣針會在當日登記時派發. 行理寄存在起點. 至於梅窩比賽, 大會會將行理運送至貝澳終點. 其他4個比賽, 起點/終點均為同一地點.

飲品
大會會於水站及終點提供Bonaqua & BonActive. 終點設有Fosters啤酒.

獎品
這系列設有總值逾 HK$ 120,000的獎品.
