The AFCD is reclaiming the piece of land situated between Mui Wo and Discovery Bay Land. This means cycling will be automatically banned from there. We need DB people to get involved in the discussion with AFCD to make this zone BIKE LEGAL - like Sai Kung's Wan Tsai Island.
