If you?re like me, you?re tired of eating the same-old to-go food when spending a day outside. I usually bring a bag of trail mix or a couple energy bars that give good energy, but I?m sick of the taste.
Does anyone have any favorites of their own that pack a punch for energy and are easy to make / carry?
I usually give myself some loaves or sometimes some energy bars will do. I also consider bringing bread because I found them full of carbohydrates which give us energy.
