I've met some pretty hardcore guys & girls over on Lantau training for adventure races and even ran into one guy who claims to train thrice a day during the week. But would be interesting to hear how much other people are training regularly or in the lead up to events ?
I know some people that don't train at all for some of these events except the ocasional hike but thats a little silly I think. Getting out once a week is a start if you just want to finish near the back of the pack and not take it serious. Many people do races just for fun. Don't understand why so many serious people all the time.
