Hi guys
Its now been suggested by several people that we get organised and form some kind of club/assocation, this will help in many legal ways from working with officials to organising group timed rides and just creating a community
I think we should keep it simple and call ourselves something like
HKMOUNTAIN BIKERS - i realise its a bit boring and straight foward but it will at least cover all aspects of biking
There will obviosly have to be a chair person and a secetary, annual fees will need to be payed to make it legal, but thats about all i know.
Does anyone have any idea how to make this official?
ANY COMMENTS WELCOME
cheers
BB

Hi,
I recalled a meeting with Julian, Roger, Steve, Paul, Ken ? on YMCA early this year for the same subjuct.
Basically, someone have to stand-up to lead a working team, forming an non-profit club and registering on the Police Office etc.
