Does anyone know wherer I can do paragliding or hang gliding in Hong Kong without having to pay for lessons or get a certification?

Is there anywhere that does tandems?

I am not sure but you can check out the latest July/August Issue of Action Asia for more info, I think it's in Sumatra, not Hong Kong though! But check it out!
